Chris Rock 2008 HBO Special?
Chris Rock returned to the stage in New York City on December 31, 2007, ringing in the new year at Madison Square Garden with his No Apologies tour.It was also said that Jill Scoot preformed.
Neo-Soul artist Jill Scoot was also said to have preformed.
Could Mr.Rock be warming up for a new special with his latest preformance.

It is better than scrath without a doubt.They got timbiland,scott storch,kanye west(onley giving a little bit up),cool&dre and just blaze telling alot about what make's there music so damn good.But if you come across somethin let me know.
Will Artist Switch Their Sound & Style Up In 08?
If the new year we wont see the dumb ass southern music go away will we at least see artist change it up.Will 50 cent quit usin the same keyboard sound's.Will Game stop name droping like he's Frank Lucas.Will Nas make cool music again.Will Jay-z take a break from the soul sound which is good for him but been done alot or will it be the same.Let's hope for some new shit in 08.

The Good:Nothing feel's forced on "American Gangster".Jay-Z just let's the music play and spit's hustler story's over big beat's with string's and drum's that are fit for the big screen.There's nothing like rolling through LA with this bumping late at night time.Then after "Kingdome Come"when muthafuckas could let go off the fact the last time jay made a drug deal having a cellphone was a rare thing he was abel to make the music he wanted with out any problem's.Im also a lil crabby over the fact i didnt get to bring in the new year at a club with "Roc Boys"playin.This album is alot like "Graduation" in someway's.Where there was nothing as big as "Jesus Walks" or Touch The Sky".Here there isnt a "Izzo" or "Encore"or banger like "P.S.A." but if they tried for that giant song this would of felt forced.Where in hip-hop everyone's trying so hard to find the latest dance or "suprise colabo",jay just saw a movie.Got some inspiration.Saw who had some beat's.And did a handful of song's.Then aranged them from "American Dreamin" to "Party Life" to "Success" and leaving the ring with "Fallin".It's just done right.
And evein though it's goin back to the bend's for old soul record's it has it's sound.That's what i like about jay's music eveing though it's the same genre of music that there sampling you can still tell the "blueprint"sound from the "black album" sound.
The Bad:"Brooklyn 2.0" is just um bad.Then i heard about the a song that was leaked from "The Black Album" called "Ignorant Shit"that jay put on.I thought man it leaked and it's goin on must be hot cause i didnt hear it befor.Then i was just like
"oh is tha all"
Jay would of been better off with somethin new.
But the real bad is his music is for the 25 and up more so now.And he's been spittin over soul beat's since 2000.Rember "This Cant Be Life".I would just wanna hear a new "Jay-Z sound".
Also just as a mc what we got on "Blueprint" and "The Black Album" was much more raw but poolished.Here it's not bad but fuck jay's just kind of coasting.It's like denzel playing a hero can he do it good-yes.Can he do it great-hell yhea.Dosent mean he cant try something new.That's the case for the production here.Which is good but shit hov switch it up.

1.The Good:You cant front on mr.west.Going from one of the best producer's in hip-hop to one of the best artist in music kanye make's it look so easy.Wether it be crafting a sound for a icon and his label,making song's that bump in club's(Stand Up) or catchy song's you can fall in love to(You Dont Know My Name)Kanye can take care of it.And for all who yell"LESS SAMPLING BE CREATIVE!"at kanye then you should yell it at Dr.Dre(George Clinton)and other producer's instead of my man kanye.Really people dont like the fact he's a black man and not a nigga."Flashing Light's" make's me think of the livin the good life.While "Home" is just so fuckin smart,evein his Big Brother(another good one)had to flip/jack that for "Hello Brooklyn 2.0
Hand's down Kanye got it.And the "Good Life"video with Lola Love,Angel what ever the fuck she call's herself.
Oh and he beat 50.
The Bad:Social content went out the door with his brooke status.While "Cant Tell Me Nothin"has a hook that us brooke-broke can relate to.Whole song's deticated to the pain and love are gone.Over the glowing horn's of "Champion"west chant's

While im sure when parent's find there kid's going into the homophobic misogynistic genre to let off steam and rebel from bullshit at school kanye is what theyd rather have there kid's singing than most stuff,he dosent really give alot to the yong cat tryin make it through the week for.What made him so inovative is there was stuff like"Family Business" and"Never Let Me Down"which made me have that same feeling i felt when i first got into 2Pac.While the music is good and bein fresh is part of hip-hop since Run-Dmc's "My Addidas".The kid goin through some stuff that kanye's goin through know cant really hold make it through the day off of

Evein the kanye we get in magzine's is promoting the new lupe fiasco song saying somethin like
